My responsibilities included developing the ergonomic surfacing of the handles, DFM of the forgings, cutting-edge geometry, and injection-molded components. Plier Gen. 1 design direction led by Joseph Emerson.

Drawing from established cues within the existing plier line-up and broader product portfolio, I was tasked with defining the design language for locking pliers, the self-adjusting wire stripper, and the fencing plier. These designs introduced distinct features while remaining unmistakably ToughBuilt.
